  • Looking for a Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Min 1 to 2 years relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Experience on sourcing through Naukri portal and social media like LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preference given to Delhi/NCR candidates

Roles and Responsibility:

  • The ideal candidate should understand the exact requirements from the client – Technical terms, Technology being used, desired Skill sets and knowledge required for the position.
  • To manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Responsible for Individual Targets.
  • Deadline Driven and Target Oriented Professional
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.
  • Regular follow-up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail.

  1. Amlgo Certification Allowance: Since technology is the core of our business, it is very important for us to keep our people up to date in upcoming technologies. Hence, we are making this mandatory that every employee will complete at least one certification every financial year(related to his/her technology stack) and he/she will be eligible for INR 25,000 every year towards certification allowance. The amount will be reimbursed on the actual basis on completion of the certificate.
  2. Amlgo Holiday Allowance: While we are working hard towards company and individual goals, this is equally important that we take a break and spend time with family and friends. To support this initiative, every Amlgo employee will be eligible for Amlgo Holiday Allowance of INR 25,000 every financial year. This amount will be reimbursed on producing the actuals spends on tickets and hotels. An employee can use this for his/her own expenses along with his/her spouse and children’s expenses. The amount will be reimbursed on the actual basis, people should prefer to use this towards the breakdown period around Christmas and New year.
  3. Amlgo Broadband Allowance: Since every one of us is working from home and a fast broadband is need of the hour, each Amlgo employee will be eligible for INR 12,000 per year but cannot exceed INR 1000 a month towards broadband expenses. He/She can claim the reimbursement at the end of each quarter.
  4. Amlgo Group Medical Insurance: Towards employees’ safety and risk coverage, each employee and his family is covered with Sum Insured of INR 5,00,000 per year with one of the best policy providers in India.
  5. Amlgo Group Personal Accidental Coverage: Taking a step ahead from the medical insurance, from this year onwards each employee is having the accidental coverage of INR 10,00,000.
  6. Incentive/Perk: Best in market (you will get quarterly HR incentive if eligible)
